Cook & Learn will deliver the cookery class using reasonable skill and care in accordance with good teaching practice

Cook & Learn will not be obliged to deliver a cookery class until it has received signed parental/carer consent and full payment prior to the session

Cook & Learn will ensure and be responsible for the health and safety of the cooking environment, equipment & ingredients and the children’s use of them

Cook & Learn reserves the right to refuse to teach individuals who disrupt the class

Cook & Learn will reschedule a cooking class at no extra charge, or make a full refund to the client in the event of a cancellation on the part of Cook & Learn

By booking a cookery class with Cook & Learn, The Client agrees to accept the terms and conditions

The Client is responsible for notifying Cook & Learn of any food allergies and/or dietary requirements at the time of booking

The Client is responsible for the behaviour of their child during the class

Cancellation: You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a booking 48 hours prior to a session or any time after this period. Where it is possible to cancel a booking, you will be charged an administration fee of 20% of the full cost of the lesson/course

The Client accepts that their late arrival for a class will bring about a shorter session time

The Client accepts that any breach of the terms and conditions will result in immediate termination of the class
